WRAP

The goal of the WRAP certification program is to independently inspect and certify compliance with global standards of socially responsible production and ensure that manufacturing is carried out under legal, humane and ethical conditions. Universally recognized basic requirements covering labor practices, working conditions, and compliance with environmental and customs laws.

At Topy Top, we are proud to mention that for the second time in a row, we have been obtaining the highest distinction awarded by WRAP, "Platinum".

BASC

The BASC certification is an international preventative standard, promoted by the world’s biggest international business alliance, to promote safe trade in cooperation with governments and international agencies.

Our company has been involved with BASC since 2009, which has equipped us with an excellent calling card in European and American markets, thus increasing corporate quality and the esteem in which we are held.

BASC certifies compliance with all procedures aimed at ensuring effective safety and accident prevention measures in our supply chain, guaranteeing absolutely the non-existence of arms and drug trafficking in our shipments.

BCI

Cotton is one of the most used fibers in the fashion industry and also one of the ones that has the most impact on the environment. It is the crop that supports more than 300 million farmers in 80 countries and is vulnerable to the challenges of climate change, water scarcity and increased pest pressure. BCI tries to improve the impact of this crop in the world.

BCI is the largest sustainability program in the world. It provides training on sustainable agricultural practices to more than 2 million producers in 21 countries and 1,400 members of the chain between retailers, suppliers and manufacturers, producer organizations and civil society.

In 2018, BCI certified farmers produced more than 5 million tons of Better Cotton, enough to make more than 2.5 billion pairs of jeans. This volume represents 19% of the cotton grown worldwide.

To achieve a significant impact, BCI aims to reach a greater number of producers, with the idea for 2020 being to represent 30% of world production.
